Aeroframe's Apprentice Program
Complete Program duration is 18 months:
Looking for mechanically inclined individuals with an interest in mechanics and working maintenance on aircraft.
- Five weeks unpaid training through LA. Fast Start.
- At end of five weeks upon completion (evaluated on attendance, aptitude, testing, projects, and work ethic), you must pass a DOT Drug Screen & Physical before you are hired with Aeroframe.
Apprentice Stage 1 ($12.00 per hour )
- Six months on-the-job training with a Supervisor & other apprentices.
Apprentice Stage 2 (6 - 12 months $13.00 per hour)
- After 720 hours, you will move to the floor & begin working on piece rate.
Apprentice Stage 3 (12 - 18 months $14.00 per hour)
- Continue to work on piece rate pay.
Jr. Aircraft Mechanic (18 months $15.50 per hour)
- With all documented OJT and completion of all course material, Apprentice maybe eligible for Airframe sign-off after 18 months.
- Once Airframe License is received an additional pay increase ($1.00 per hour) received.
