Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities include: Recruiting/employment; training; employee benefits and compensation; employee relations; security; compliance; worker’s compensation and safety/health/environmental. Position will also include workforce development; policy and procedure writing and enforcing. Minimum Requirements: BS Degree in HR or related field and 10 years experience in management. Previous experience in a large manufacturing company is preferred. Reports directly to CEO and CFO. Member of Senior Management. Interiors Technician
Minimum three years experience. Duties / Responsibilities Installs and modifies interior parts and materials including carpet, walls, panels, etc. by providing skilled craftsmanship and ensuring FAA standards are met. Analyzes, interprets and troubleshoots engineering blueprints in order to assure proper application of upholstery and customer specifications and to satisfy customer expectations. Plans, specifies and lays out location of interiors by maintaining primary structures and assembling tie rods and gussets and using approved materials. Remove and install floorboards, ceiling panels and wall panels. Covers walls and ceiling panels by adhering insulation, padding and other materials to the panels with adhesive according to customer directives and FAR's. Performs other duties as required by company management.

Inspectors
Perform inspections of the aircraft and/or components as required to ensure airworthiness is maintained under FAA guidelines and Part 145.63 repair station standards. Signs off on repairs to release aircraft components for installation. Record defects found during the inspection on company or customer forms. Perform buy back inspections to ensure maintenance technicians have been performing in accordance with acceptable data. Witness operation checks of aircraft systems to ensure the system operates as per manufacturer data. Responsible for assigning tasks and assisting inspectors in performing required assignments. Airframe and Powerplant license is required with experience on large transport category aircraft.

Structures Technicians
Performs aircraft repairs and modifications on large aircraft as it relates to the airframe. Repairs structural damage and various aircraft parts including frames, wings, entrance doors and interiors. Operates all shop equipment to facilitate effective production of all repairs and modifications. Interprets blueprints, sketches, drawings and aircraft manuals for the purpose of performing repairs and modifications. Coordinates inspection of all work in progress through completion with inspector to assure satisfaction of FAA standards. Assists in the removal, assembly and installation of parts before and after repair. Fabricates sheetmetal from raw stock by cutting down, drilling and fastening to prepare for installation and assembly. Performs layout work by measuring, bending and forming sheetmetal in preparation for assembly. Follows instructions on Service Bulletins and Material Repair Bulletins in order to repair and modify large aircrafts. Reams holes, drills and buck rivets to assure close tolerances of fasteners. Performs other assigned duties as required by company management. Minimum three years experience.

Systems Technicians
Performs general aircraft maintenance and modification for assigned aircraft. Disassembles troubleshoots and reassembles aircraft components on aircraft by utilizing the proper equipment and tools. Reads and analyzes service bulletins and maintenance manuals and applies technical instructions to assigned project on aircrafts. Re-attaches and rigs flight controls and troubleshoots hydraulic pneumatic lines and fuel systems. Performs maintenance and modifications on aircraft interiors. Executes airframe and powerplant inspections, repairs and modifications to conform with manufacturers maintenance manuals, engineering orders and FAA regulations. Performs other duties as required by company

Liaison Engineer - Main Cabin / Structures
Position will provide repair direction for all non-standard repairs. This includes required coordination with Airbus or other OEM's and generation of supporting stress analysis. Will support aircraft teams by providing technical leadership during working parties. Will direct and train less experienced engineers and may provide technical repair direction to technicians, assist with identification of part numbers and other repair related inquires. Responsible to break down customer job cards into phases which support production, this includes planning and sequencing of items. Individual should have a B.S. in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience. Must be willing to work multiple shifts.

Bay Supervisor
Bay Supervisor must have an Airframe & Powerplant license, a High School diploma or greater, two (2) years experience in large aircraft environment and strong computer skills. Prefer five (5) years heavy jet experience. Interfaces with customers and AFS personnel by holding meetings concerning needs and pertinent information pertaining to specified projects. Assesses scheduling problems and rectifies situation by evaluating and identifying project needs. Tracks budget hours and cost of project by bidding on upcoming jobs and estimating man hours for non-routine work. Plans and schedules work assignments and the appropriate utilization of personnel. Interfaces with Materials, Engineering, Quality Control and any other person/dept as needed in order to assure complete satisfaction. Responsible for approving and adjusting time for maintenance technicians. Identifies test equipment and confirms calibrations are current. Researches SB & EO’s, AD’s for work content, tools, materials and skill requirements. Works closely with Project Manager in all phases of aircraft repair. Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The incumbent must also have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. The same needs the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations. This individual needs the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. The same needs the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. This incumbent must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The same must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Supervises and schedules maintenance technicians in the repair and modification of aircraft. Responsible for efficient and effective use of manpower and maintenance of budget.

Interior/Cabin Manager
Minimum five years heavy maintenance experience holding an Airframe and Powerplant License. Must have strong computer skills. Will be responsible for interfacing with customers, clients and senior management, as well as coordinating and directing personnel to maintain schedule, budget, and quality workmanship; adjust schedules and manpower to keep work flowing and updates Project Manager and customers on complete status. Supervises the installs and modifications of interior parts and materials including carpet, walls, panels, etc. through skilled craftsmanship and ensuring FAA standards are met. The incumbent must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Plans, specifies, and lays out location of interiors by maintaining primary structures and assembling tie rods and gussets and using approved materials. Analyzes, interprets and troubleshoots engineering blueprints in order to assure proper application of upholstery and customer specifications and to satisfy customer expectations. Reviews work in process by evaluating completed work performances in order to ensure quality and meet customer needs. This incumbent must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Material Controller
Minimum requirements high school diploma and/ or GED, strong computer skills and must be able to operate a fork lift. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to speak effectively before customers and employees in the organization. Order and supply parts for customer projects and interface with Material Control Supervisor. Maintain proper inventory levels of supply of materials to meet requirements for aircraft repairs. Creates tracking reports of materials and parts issued from warehouse stockroom for projects. Generate material supply requirements from planning pre-draw for each individual aircraft project and from Non-Routine and customer work order’s that require parts and material during the maintenance check. Analyze each material requirement and determine if it is going to be a customer supplied or EADS supplied part. Coordinate with buyer on updates of all items outstanding until parts are available.
