  Jeff was born in New Brunswick, Canada and raised in several locations with his military family. He began his career in aviation at the Canadian Dept of National Defense as an aeronautical technician working on CF104s, CF5s, and CF18s. Following his honorable discharge in 1983, he continued to work on aircraft in the private sector, acquiring Transport Canada's Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license.

After being a Crew Manager for two years at, Bristol Aerospace, Jeff devoted the next fourteen years to a career of progressive responsibility at an AO/MRO, Air Canada, where he held various positions at both their Winnipeg maintenance base location and Montreal head offices: Avionics Technician; Maintenance Operations Controller; Process Analyst for Line Maintenance; Chief Inspector; Manager Technical Audits & Investigations, and; Compliance Manager Airworthiness.

Jeff then moved to a Repair Station, Chromalloy Southwest, as the Director Quality and Accountable Manager, where he worked at their Mexicali facility situated on the US-Mexico border. In this position he was responsible for five repair station certificates, including FAA as well as ISO 9000 and AS 9100. Lastly, as Director of Operations' Senior Account Manager for a rotable asset management firm, Aero-Inventory, Jeff managed the inventory of aeronautical consumables and expendables for both Aveos and Air Canada.

Having worked in both the Quality and Operations departments of a variety of civil aviation organizations, Jeff's thirty years in the industry bring to Aeroframe a unique cross-section of experiences.

Jeff is married to Suzanna Busat-Peters. They share a blended family of five sons: Justin, Bruce, Michael, Carson, and Jadon.
