Mr. Porter, grew up in Memphis, TN and has been in the aviation industry his entire life. He has a Bachelor of Administration degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Memphis State University. He holds his A&P licenses and a pilot’s license.
During his high school years, he worked with his father running the family FBO and after graduating in 1982, he joined Federal Express Corporation. He initially started his career sorting packages in the HUB operations and then transferred to Aircraft Maintenance as a mechanic.

Mr. Long is a native of Louisiana and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in 1987 and has spent virtually his entire career in the aviation industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Texas and Louisiana.
Upon graduation, Mr. Long began his career with The Boeing Company in Lake Charles, LA, where he spent 5 years and progressed from cost accountant to Accounting Supervisor. He then joined Mark IV Industries, a Boeing vendor, in Plano, TX for 7 years where he progressed from Accounting Supervisor to Controller and was responsible for the business operations for multiple units.
